The Strand Hotel, Blackpool

I had high hopes for my stay at The Strand Hotel, especially given its great location near attractions and mention of friendly staff. However, my experience was mixed — while the service was commendable, I encountered issues with room size and upkeep that detracted from my overall satisfaction.

I recently stayed at The Strand Hotel, and I was really disappointed. The reception and rooms were far from what I expected based on their website photos, and the noise levels at night made it hard to get a good rest. Although I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere in certain areas, the overall experience lacked the quality I was looking for.

My stay at The Strand Hotel was a mixed experience. while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. I had specifically booked a king room, but when I arrived, I found myself in a much smaller space with a standard double bed. Additionally, I encountered a serious security issue with the key access that made me reconsider my stay.

My stay at The Strand Hotel was quite enjoyable, mainly due to the outstanding service from the staff and the quality of the food. However, the room could have been a bit more spacious for comfort, but it served its purpose well during my visit.
